
The rain actually stopped on the drive to Rapho, but the ground was very wet and decided to stick with the workout.

We started my moseying the small loop to the shed to grab blocks. Took those back to the small pavilion where we did the following for 30 minutes OYO.
10 merkins
20 squats
15 curls
10 OH presses
40 flutter kicks
Run up to and around the large pavilion. Repeat for 30 minutes.
Followed that with the motivator starting at 10.
Finished with pinky pies to get the arms ready for paintball. Take blocks back to the shed.
COT, convergence, paint ball (Popo didn't know it was yesterday until the COT!), prayers for eagle's M who had a knee replacement and for boomerang turning his life around.
I forgot to grab the flag, had every intention of being there early to get the coffeeteria setup, but realized there was no water. So thanks for bearing with me, we started a couple minutes late.
