Thang 2- Buddy Rush
We had 4 cones setup at 25 yard intervals, all started at cone 1, when first team member reached the number of reps they pushed forward to next cone and started the next cone reps for each station was 22 reps. This was to provide buddy “cover fire” in the field when they pushed forward.

After 3rd round we performed some Army crawling or AF hotel Crawling for me with the Tunnel of love for about 60 yards!
