Six PAX made it out for a rather warm run/ruck. It was an even split of 3x runners and 3x ruckers. Runners hit 4.75miles; getting closer to achieving 5 miles within the alloted WO time. The ruckers welcomed an FNG who brought his own Army ruck that's already packed for deployment.

It was good to stretch the legs post-Christmas.

COT ended with lifting up Eagle's M and Frosty's upcoming return to the UK. Also keep Scope in prayer as he leaves for his first deployment on Sunday (explains the pre-packed ruck!).
