* Arm Circles – to represent the first 13 years of my life filled with dis function, abuse, chaos and sorrow. Circling the drain

* Circle Arms – to represent the next section of my life, the continued dysfunction and elevated damaging behavior. Drinking, drugs, violence, robbery, guns, gang affiliation, sex, theft….. still circling the drain.

*Popeye Punches- to represent the violence I fed off of. By 15 I was expelled, kicked out, arrested, no less than 10 times And in more than 25 fights.

* U-Haul – to represent the 8 month span I met Erika, went to rehab, convinced rehab she was pregnant to get out, got out, continued to use drugs, moved her in, got her pregnant, married, moved out, dropped out of school and started full time JOBS.

* Rifle Carry – to represent the weight of the trauma I carried through life.

* Zombie Crawl- to represent the ongoing destruction and lack of purpose. Aimlessly moving through life as a spiritual zombie.

* Blocktonomo – to represent the peer pressure I let impact me, and all the exterior pressures I took on myself.

* Give it to God- I had to give it all to God. Through submission there was tension so we did this under constant tension.

* Hail Mary- to represent the ups and downs in my healing as I found others I could lean on.

* Coyote Uglies – more representation of struggle and the much needed support of others.

* Upright Row – Realized God was reaching down to pull me up all along. I just had to repent, renounce, and replace.

* Michael Phelps- just up stay loose.

* Merkins – just because.

* We are not worthy- praise to God for his agape love despite how despicable we truly are.
