  • Rifle carry blocks to far pavillion

The Thing

  • Leave blocks at pavillion and mosey through the neighborhood
  • 15 curls, 5 tuck jumps. Repeat for 5 sets total, with variations
  • 15 Merkins, 5 tuck jumps. Repeat for 5 sets total, with variations
  • 15IC Flutter kicks, 5 tuck jumps. Repeat for 5 sets total, with variations
  • 15 Bent Over Rows, 5 tuck jumps. Repeat for 5 sets total
  • Rifle carry blocks back to flag
