5 pax showed up for a rest day, well, a rest day for me and from alot of running for them hee hee. We only Logged 1.4 miles, and did 165 Squats! For some reason the guys did not like the 400 meter sprints, times 3! Baa haaa ! Everyone did a great job today !!! 💪 Here is what we did …….

Run at a fast pace / sprint 1 lap around the track,

100 Meter Sprint,
15 ic Reverse lunges

15 ic Calf Raises
Rinse and Repeat 2 Time
10 penalty Burpees
