Man it felt good to just move some weight. Glad i broke out an HDT WOD as maybe it will help myself to stay more motivated to move weight. I knew Hardcode would whoop that 80# SB on those various exercises. Good work brother!
It's always great when there are a bunch of cars in the lot at 0430! Early morning WOs are always better with more PAX to embrace the suck alongside you!
