There is an EMOM timer going. Every 5 minutes you do 5 Kraken burpees. My speaker didnt work for some reason so had to adjust to 4 min to make up what we missed.

MOLESKIN:
I missed doing this during IPC so felt it was good to get it in. This was a tough one! Really worked the heart and lungs. Way to push through on those Kraken burpees. The 4 min timer seemed to get shorter and shorter. Good seeing No Doubt out here pushing thru on a tough WO. Hardcode and Patches silently crushed thru everything. Good work! It's great seeing how hard PAX are willing to work so early in the AM.
