High plank with calf stretch into a cobra stretch

Into downward dog followed by standing toe touch then standing up into an overhead stretch

The Thang

Lunge walk the length of the pavilion and back

Over the fence and under the fence length of the pavilion and back

Wide merkin x10 straddling benches in the aisle between picnic tables

Carioca the length of the pavilion and back

Burpees x15 with fast feet and PAX calling the down

Bear crawl length of the pavilion – someone mentioned doing a split so we did split related stretches

Crawl bear back

 

Switch to core exercises on tabletop
