The Terrible ½ Mile?
· Walk together, no running. Each minute on the minute, stop and do a burpee. Minute 1 – 1 burpee, minute 2 – 2 burpees, etc. until you reach 1 mile or can’t complete the number of burpees in a minute. We ended up doing 0.34 miles and reached round 10 for burpees before the 60 seconds ran out
