BACKBLAST:

We started as a circle and lifted up Double Mint and his family situation. We then moved to a circle with our coupons and shared each others load to start the workout as we do every time we meet for F3. No ones Coupons Touched the ground for the first section and we did 7 sets of 5 for each PAX posting.

 

Next we had an OYO time where we ROASTED our bodies hard. This was a really tough one but everyone gutted it out. Legs first and Arms and Upper Body second. This significance is how we go off into each day to fight our own battles. It wasn't a race. It was every man vs. himself.

 

Lastly we limped, walked, and panted our way back to the starting area to finish with a burnout time. We ended together again as we all do when we post of for our next F3 beatdown.
