Work out:

(From the Spartan workout called “Hell’s Ladder”)

Since we only had 3 jump ropes, we rotated jump ropes while everyone air jump ropes until the last PAX finished their 100.

1) 100 jump ropes, 10 burpees

2) 100 jump ropes, 10 burpees, 15 merkins

3) #2 + 50 alternating lunges (25 each leg)

4) #3 + 50 WW2’s

5) #4 + 75 air squats
