This is typically bookended with 3 mile rucks but for the sake of time we modified.
1/2 mile run
6 pull-ups
6 burpee squats
6 – 4ct mountain climbers
6 block get ups
Rinse/repeat for 8 rounds (full WOD is 12)

Thats a tough WOD to get through and we pushed hard. To piggy back off of Doublemint's Q on Monday, we stuck together. You would normally do this OYO but we always push harder when we work together. So we stuck together and everybody got in solid work this morning. Might of even had a little splash from Caterpillar this morning. He will have to confirm that. Way to push thru the humidity this morning!
Lift up Stall as they get ready to welcome baby #3 into this world tomorrow! Lift up Doublemint as his daughter Hanna just getting off a knee injury now has something with her spine.
As stated earlier, we arent meant to do this alone. Grateful for all my brothers of the gloom that can help share the burdens and celebrate the joys of life together.
