Prayer requests-Baymax brother overdosed this weekend and is being sent to rehab. To all the injured PAX, and two of them are our leaders. Big Blue and Caterpillar with a stress reaction, not fracture. We hope to see all of you soon and hope you heal fast as well!

Announcements-Convergence was discussed while rucking, turkey hill trail ruck Friday night. Contact Popo if you wish to join him. I believe they are doing 10 miles starting at 9pm. Turkey Hill trail is a great trail to ruck! Double Down is leaving for a mission trip with Boomerang on Sunday in Jamaica, and when they get back next Friday, Boomerang graduates from NCBA the following day.
