Four PAX showed up on another muggy summer morning. Three PAX rucked 2.86 miles doing the standard loop. Two PAX completed IPC Wk 1 workout, but at separate times. I guess the ruckers were a bit slow today because he had to leave before COT. Despite his physical absence, his spirit was felt (and his avator was superimposed). Lots of work and even more sweat was put out by all the PAX today.

It was great to meet Decimus and look forward to the impact he will have in our group and the start of his new marriage!
