Run around small loop
50 merkins/50 squats
Run another loop
45/45
Repeat laps and 5 less of each exercise until down to 0 (40/50, 35/35, etc.)
Today would have been my dad's 74 birthday. As a 4-time Purple Heart recipient during Vietnam, we did a 74 pull up salute in the round. (Each PAX doing one at a time until 74 was reached)
