#Rapho run / ruck : Run like a pack of Gazelles

6 Pax, 2 rucker/ 4 runners, did a ruck / run around the neighborhood! Runners did either 4 or 4.3 mile runs, and the Ruckers did 2.8 miles!! Those intervals were rough !! Great to have Lox, DTR and Decimus out with us today ! Nice work today brothers 💪!!
