It was a brisk morning for a late August run, but it was nice compared to the typical hot, muggy mornings of central PA. Ten PAX made it out to enjoy the morning weather. Four PAX rucked the usual loop of 2.8-ish miles. The other six PAX took off at varying running paces. Different speeds for different steeds with mileage ranging from 6 miles, 5 miles and 4 miles.

In the end; weight, pace, distance may vary, but all the PAX are logging miles and getting better because of it.
