6 brave ox showed up to Rapho for the Run/ Ruck club!

One lone soul "Patches" whose legs weren't sore from Chowdahs leg thumping run club Den workout the day prior knocked out this weeks IPC powering thru 4 rounds!

Two pax did some running with a distance of 4 miles!💪🏼😎

the rest of us did 2.8 mile Ruck on a fine Thursday morning.
