Backblast 12/26/24: # Rapho run / ruck : Run / Ruck off those Christmas Cookies!!

5 Pax beat the fart sack to ruck / run off some of those Christmas cookies on this beautiful morning to put in between 3-5 miles ! 3 Ruckers rucked their normal route and 2 runners did intervals around the park!! Thank you Sidecar for pushing me hard today!  5. 06 miles at 9:32 pace is a PR for me!  Hardcode reminded us in COT about the movie “It’s a Wonderdul life” and the impact we leave on our family, friends and communities!  Continue to lead as HIM brothers!!  Awesome Job today PAX! You all crushed it !!! 💪. Lox, Hardcode , Numbers and I enjoyed some great fellowship at Starbucks after the workout!
