26x mountain climbers (left/right is one)
13x merkins
Burpee broad jumps (Kodak recommended these)
Mosey to track
Partner up: nur while partner does 5 merkins then runs to catch you, keep switching for a lap.
Do 1 burpee then run the bleacher steps then, keep adding 1 burpee until we get to 7
Half the group runs bleachers, other half does an exercise, switch.
