MOLESKIN:
While that doesnt seem like a lot, when you have burpees right after running, those get difficult real quick. BB and I modified the running with Mountain Climbers to help ease our old man hip issues. We all stayed together for the first and last set and everybody pushed hard all the way through. DD got his healthy dose of burpees for breakfast and Cat got to improve on his merkin form. All around all PAX dialed in on areas to improve and pushed to achieve good quality reps that earn those #Gainz . Good work!
