The Thing
Two teams start at line. One team does movement with tire, one does movement with SB. Set distance for tire (40 yds) while SB team sees how far they can go and mark distance with cone. Then teams switch to see who goes farther with the SB and wins the round.
PAX must do set # of reps of each exercise at starting line before doing movement exercise with SB or tire. Run to tire or SB for movement, then run back to starting line to do exercises
Round 1
- 2 Clean and press throws and HR Merkins (2X # of PAX on team)
- 1 tire flip, WW2’s (1X # of PAX on team)
Round 2
- 2 Overhead throws and 1X PAX burpees
- 1 tire flip, Monkey humpers (1X # of PAX on team)
Round 3
- crawl bear drag (4 pulls) and 2X PAX Dry Docks
- 1 tire flip, Foxhole-Merkin, flip, WW2 (1X #of PAX on team)
Round 1 went to team 1, round 2 went to team 2…… team 1 won round 3 but it was close!

– Thankful for our ability to meet with other men and challenge, encourage and compete with each other. Great to see the young bloods out there as well. They were working hard!
Prayers for the missions trip for the youth group at Popo's church, Eagle and his M, Bunyan and his M and mother's upcoming surgery, Care Bears family road trip, and that we will live in a way so that we can tell others "follow me as I follow Christ" as Paul said in 1 Cor. 11:1
