Run to the other side of the field, do three burpees, and return. Repeat but drop each exercise by one rep for the subsequent cycle until you do one trio. Start over if you get through the entire. We did this for 20 minutes.

Pinky pies (10 merkins, 10 dips, decrease by one each).
The theme was second chances so the pax got a second chance at the workout. Repeat the workout for 15 minutes. We cut the second motivator down to 8 reps to finish the workout for the day, did not have time to do another pinky pie.

I did want to mention something I forgot to during the announcements. After several Pax found out we were sending Boomerang away, you insisted on taking me out to the American Bar and Grill the following night for support support, and one of the F's, fellowship. I will never forget that as the night he was taken away was the worst night of my life. So a very special thanks to @eagle, @big blue, @sunspot, @meatball, @baymax, @caterpillar for making the transition a bit easier for me, and if I missed someone, just an oversight!
The rian held off the most part in Mount Joy, but managed to get a good soaking!
Apologize for the late post, but my father in laws funeral was yesterday. We had my wife's family here until about 10 pm yesterday.
