Lateral Lunges – 10 in each direction

Side Shuffle- 40 yards back to coupons

Block Row- As many as you can in 60 Seconds

Sprint- 40 yards

Mountain Climbers- 23 IC

Side Shuffle- Opposite Direction back to coupons.

Block Curls- As many as you can in 60 Seconds

Sprint- 40 yards

Plank to Burpees- Hold Plank 30 seconds, 45 seconds, and 60 seconds between Burpees

Mosey to Pavilion- (time away from basketball training)
