
Six PAX made it out for an unknown Q of coupon, ruck, or slick. While I had been thinking about what to do last week, I wanted to give an honor to Shark Week this past week and do Sharknado. Here is what we did…
THE THANG:
15 burpees
20 merkins
20 WW2s
20 diamond merkins
20 scorpion dry docks
Run around parking lot
Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds
MOLESKIN:
Great job everybody! Idk what I did but had a similar situation to Oneshot when I went in for the burpee and strained my lower ab muscle. That put me out and opted to just run. That is my severe weakness so at least I was able to do that. Considering the PAX did 6 rounds, I know the loop was too short. Duly noted for next time, or you guys use your ruck for a little extra credit there.
