The Thang
We started off with a mosey over to the far side of the soccer fields. We began with an exercise at position “1” then a mosey to position “2”, another exercise followed by a mosey, and so on until position “13” was reached.

After completing the above, commenced a mosey around the soccer fields ending back at the bleachers.
After the mosey the pyramid was reversed, starting with 70 leg raises and ending with 10 burpees, in one location.

BONUS – Oneshot, in his commitment to the burpee challenge, continued to add more burpees as we headed back to the flag and even more after COT.
