After 3 straight days of @Chowda Q’s, I need a day of slooooooow running ! 6 Pax 2 ruckers/ 4 runners, did slooooooow walk/ runs around the neighborhood. Runners did 4.1 miles and Rucker’s did 2.73 miles!! Nice work today brothers 💪!! Welcome back @square, and welcome to One Shot! Glad you joined us and great to see you again!!
