The Maintenance Crew rolled again at Rapho with a simple objective: keep the machine running without breaking any parts off. No chaos, just controlled, intentional movement.
Great to have Magneto back in the mix after a season away. Proof that rust can be knocked off… and apparently stored for later use.
We kicked things off with a quick warm-up alongside the Rapho PAX—just enough to get things moving without anyone filing a complaint with their joints.
WARM-UP
- Slowsie (because fast is overrated)
- Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
- Hillbillies x 15 IC
- Sit-to-Stand x 15 IC
THE THANG
Control the movement, don’t let it control you
- Squats x 10 IC
- Incline Merkins x 10 IC
- Reverse Lunges x 10 IC
- Shoulder Taps / Plank x 10
Movement Loop
Move, then work… repeat until mildly annoyed
- Walk 50–75 yards
- Calf Raises x 10 IC
- Stammers (Standing American Hammers) x 10 IC
- Seal Claps x 10 IC
About halfway through, we paused our movement just long enough to give the Rapho PAX a proper Monkey Humper salute.
CORE / BALANCE
- Heel-to-Toe Walk (tightrope without the circus pay, this sounds easier than it is) from Pavilion to Pavilion
- Dying Cockroach x 10 IC
- Side Leg Raises
- Stretching (aka damage control)
Slow = Better
Turns out when you actually control the movement… it works better. Who knew?
Wrapped things up with a Circle of Trust and headed to Starbucks for Coffeeteria and QSource Discussion with the Rapho PAX.
Maintenance Crew – proving that you don’t need to go fast—you just need to keep showing up and keep moving well.
