When i was writing this Q, i didnt feel like it was up to the intensity that our typical Tuesday WOs are. After being in the middle of it and with the humidity, it felt tough, at least to me. The running and up/downs were tough on my end but thats the only way to get better is to keep doing things you suck at to improve. It was great seeing PAX challenge each to use the block during lunges to get those extra #Gainz !
Nice work by everybody including having Covert with us #DR from NC. It amazes me how many PAX post for an 0430 WO each week. Its truly awesome and grateful for you guys!
