19 PAX including one FNG and two down range guests from New Jersey made it out on a crisp morning at The Den to close out November.
Though the preblast did not call for coupons, a lot of PAX had brought them, so the QiC called an audible to use them. The Q was made up on the fly anyway…
Warm-o-rama
We started with the five core principles, or tried to, but due to some interuptions we also introduced our FNG to the sixth “core principle”…burpees for unruly PAX! 3 penalty burpees then we did the disclaimer.
21s – motion detected, 3 more burpees
21s – perfect!

Start – 10 block curls, bear crawl to picnic tables, 1 dip, bear crawl back
Finish – 1 block curl, 10 dips
Before picking up the six, PAX that finished early did a mosey around the tree line to keep moving.
Fingers nicely chilled, it was time to get warmed up again.
