I was very flustered to arrive and not know the code to get in the lock, so thank you for bearing with me. However we managed to start exactly on time.

 

13 Pax joined me for one of my first NOT OYO workouts. I pulled a workout I did last week and changed it a little bit.

 

Warm ups

 

10 Windmills IC

2 Double Down stretches

10 Grass pickers

 

Workout:

 

All IC.

 

Bat Claps X 20.

Squat to overhead press X8

Broad jumps X16

Power Merkins X8 (on the up push up so hands go airborne)

Lateral power step ups X8 each leg

Sandbag Toss-those who had blocks, deadlift, clean, squat into OH presss, set block down. Those with SB instead of OH press throw SB X8

Bonnie Blair's 8X each leg

Burpees X8

 

Repeat sequence three times, except bat wings decreased each set.

 

Return to parking lot.
