Backblast 3/28/24: # Rapho run / ruck : Sprinting towards the weekend !

4 runners and 3 Ruckers made it out this morning to put in some work! Everyone pushed hard today! The Ruckers did 2.85 miles, and the runners did 4.03 miles! It was very nice to have Big Blue join us on a Thursday!! He pushed us today! It was also nice to have OneShot back out as well! Lox was loving having some ruck mates join him on his journey!
