Hindenburg BLIMPS finish 4- 6 rounds
Modified version of BLIMPS. Done on a field. Perform exercise at corner #1, sprint to corner #2, perform exercise. Sprint to corner #3 perform exercise. Then to corner #4, exercise and then back to corner #1. Plank it up until all have finished. That’s 1 round , Round 4- 40 Merkins; Round 5 – 50 4 ct flutter kicks ; Round 6 – 60 Squats
Mosey to the tennis courts

Start on the sideline of tennis court. Perform 1 WWII- run to other sideline – perform 10 Squats, Run back and do 2 WWII. Run back for 9 Squats Repeat until you do 10 WWII’s and 1 Squat running between the sidelines. Always adds up to 11
