
I took a pic, but must have deleted by accident. Eagle said just pick something, so here is a beach picture when we were running last week. Lol. Anyway, the workout:
Warm up:
10 Michael Phelps ic.
10 windmills ic.
Upward dog, cat stretches, and the double down stretch. All for lower back.
The thing:
All sets started with 5 and increased by 5. We made through almost 5 cycles.
5 squats ic.
5 merkins.
5 side straddle hops.
5 steps ups (each leg)
1 minute blast-do as many shoulder presses as you can then do curls for the remainder of the minute.
25 yard Bearcrawl or 25 yard walking lunges. After set 1 and 3 we did bear crawls, 2 and 4 we did walking lunges.
The humidity really hit us today, had trouble at times doing the counts! Be careful out there tomorrow boys! Great job and thanks for coming!
