First set
Sprint full soccer field
– merkins, squats on end line
Following sets
– sprint to midline, burpees at midline, sprint rest of field
– merkins, squats at end line
Continue sprint sets, increasing number of burpees at midline each set and decreasing merkins and squats at end line each set.
unfortunately we cut the loop short due to time and after 6th set we skipped to last set
Final set
– sprint full soccer field down and back

– 15 LBCs
– Homer marge burns
