Taste of Snacktown

2 PAX (Double Down and Caterpillar) came out early to ruck 4.1 miles.

Trojan made an appearance to setup the critical post-beatdown Coffeeteria. Thank you sir for coming out of the wrapper to get the coffee brewing!

11 PAX braved the cold and snow for the beatdown which was a nod to Red Barron’s Q at the Snacktown Manniversary.

Warmup:

Morroccan night club x 10
Mosey over to tennis court
Polar bear crawl across the court (which was practically an ice rink)
Mosey through the trees over to route 30
Hairy Rockettes x 10 facing the passerby on 30
Mosey/carioca to field behind Trojan’s house

The Thang:

Ladder circuit to 25, 50, 75 and 100 yard lines (approximate marked with cones) with Trojans path through the snow from his house and back marking the 25 yard line.
Line up on 0 yard line and do 5 x burpees
Run to 100 yard line – SSH x 100 (Cat popped in “late” after the ruck around the 80 mark…he decided to make up the 80 SSH during our brief breaks!)
Back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 75 yard line – 75 x squats
Back to start – 15 x burpees (we did an extra 10 for penalties but later realized “Wait, Cat was at the ruck. Was he really late?”)
Run to 50 yard line – 50 x LBCs
Ner back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 25 yard line – 25 x merkins
Run back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 25 yard line – 25 x Carolina dry dock merkins
Run back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 50 yard line – 50 x flutter kicks
Run back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 75 yard line – 75 squats
Run back to start – 5 x burpees
Run to 100 yard line – do 10 x snow angels, then 100 x SSH. Here Cat decides to SSH while moving down the line facing the other PAX and QiC joins then both make their way back to their spot to finish out the SSH.
Run back to start – someone notes Cat never got to do the tennis court ice rink polar bear crawls so…
Mosey to basketball court – Polar bear crawl the long way across the icy court, then crawl bear back…feel the burn as that ice really makes you work the core!
Mosey back over to 30 so Cat can experience 10 x Hairy Rockettes. Cheer as two cars beep at us during our, uh, show!
Mosey back to flag with all PAX tagging along to pick up the cones before circling back to the flag.
