9 PAX braved the chilly air for this second nod to Red Baron’s epic Q at the Snacktown Manniversary.
Warmup
Grass pickers x 10 IC
Toy soldiers x 10 IC
Carioca across the parking lot then mosey over to tennis courts
Bear crawl across the court
Mosey through the trees over to route 30 and form a line
Show off those legs with Hairy Rockettes x 10 IC
Feel invigorated but a little sad that no one beeped
Mosey through trees over to field
The Thang
Ladder circuit using 25, 50, 75 and 100 yard lines marked by cones (or a container of rock salt at the 0 yd line and a bottle of deicing windshield fluid at the 100 yd line)
Start with 5 x burpees at 0 yd line
Run to 100 yd line and do 100 x SSH
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 75 yd line and do 75 x squats
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 50 yd line and do 50 x LBCs
Ner back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 25 yd line and do 25 x merkins
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 25 yd line and do 25 x carolina dry dock merkins
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 50 yd line and do 50 x flutter kicks
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 75 yd line and do ~40 x monkey humpers decide to switch to carolina rocking chairs then do 30 + 5 (thanks Stall for keeping the count accurate…)
Run back to 0 yd line 5 x burpees
Run to 100 yd line and do 100 x SSH
Run back to 0 yd line
Mosey over to basketball court and do OYO bear crawl the length of the court then crawl bear back
Mosey over to 30 for a final leg show. Kick those legs high for ~15 count IC until we get that one fan to beep!
Mosey back to flag circling round to gather the cones
