· Get cinder blocks and overhead carry to field

· Pair up
o Team reps – PAX do total reps of two exercises. Up to PAX when to switch. Both exercises can be done simultaneously for speed.
§ 50 Bonny Blairs (R+L=1), 50 tricep extensions
§ 75 Squrls, 75 WW2’s
§ 100 bent over rows, 100 Merkins
§ 30 Man makers, 30 cracker jacks
§ Travel across field – Burpee broad jumps, crawl bear
