
5 year Maniversary work out Q. This was a work out to target all major muscle groups
Warm up:
Torso Twists 10 ic
Monkey Bumpers 10 ic
Leg stretches…left, middle, center
The Thang:
5 year Maniversary equals 5 minutes of each exercise OYO! Started off easy with:
5 minute Indian run around soccer field and more.
5 minute Side Straddle Hops
5 min reverse lunge
Mosey to playground
5 minute hang (every time a PAX drops from the monkey hang, 1 burpee before continuing with hanging)
Mosey to The Pit!
5 minutes running up each hill side to side. At the top of every hill equals 5 WW2's
Mosey to pavilion
5 minute step ups on benches. After each minute, each pax does 2 burpees and continues. (A total of 10 Burpees).
Mary:
Various stretches to loosen up.
Played game of 3's. Had to say "Boom" at every number that has a 3 in it or is a multiple of 3. If mess up, 5 merkins for everyone and start over. Goal is to make it to 30. We did not. Made it only up to 24. Next time we'll get it!!
