Totals: 2mi, 55 burpees, 110 merkins, 165 squats and some extra credit for those picking up the six.

5 HIM pushed themselves and each other to finish this IPC style workout. A little “you v you” combined with camaraderie . Chowdah “finished” first but kept going pushing the 6 to be their best. Buddy did the same, crushing the WO but not stopping till everyone crossed the line together. You are a great group of men.
