
Seven PAX beat the fartsack for a spring like day in the winter. Coming off of my juice cleanse, we put in some work. Here is what we did…
WARM-UP:

THE THANG:
Grab a block, OH carry to 3rd base foul line, and partner up.
Time for the CLEANSE — as a team complete the following exercises while partner runs out to outfield fence and back .
C – block curls x100
L – lunges x100ic
E – elbow plankjacks x100
A – air squats x100
N – no surrenders x100
S – ssh x100ic
E – eat food aka burpees for breakfast x50

MARY:
Various stretching to help our muscles heal and calm down
MOLESKIN:
While I was unsure how I was going to feel this morning, I surprisingly felt great! I know the juice cleanse had a lot to do with it as i flushed the system, literally haha and knowing I could eat real food today. Never peed so much before in my life! The energy level was high and PAX were waiting in anticipation to see how lethargic I would be, but i let them down and had good energy for today. PAX pushed hard thru the circuit and it was a challenge but we all put in good work today and got good quality reps in.
