Inner den piece got messed up …rep scheme was meant to be 19 pullups (5+5+5+4) with 81 combined presses and lunges in 2 rounds each (20+20 and 20+21)…to get 1981. You all did so well with the extra volume that I modified out the ab work prior to the block drag! We will try this one another time and do it right!
