The Hills are Alive ……
After a rough start cause the Q fell back to sleep and was 5 min late 🤦♂️, 3 Pax got in 2.69 miles and a “little” hill workout 💪😁! I did my 10 penalty burpees once I got home. Great job on those hills , you guys crushed it 💪 this morning!
4 ruckers were on time, ready to work, and put in 2.85 miles this morning 💪. Great work brothers !!!
