Started off with reading the scripture Bunyan sent me last night to help get us in the right mindset: (‭‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬‬:‭3‬-‭5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 5 And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

I wanted to give the Pax a taste of what the Q is when you fart sack your own Q 😂. 9 Pax enjoyed what is now known as the Pax fart sacked their own Q Q inspired by Square who has been late to his own Q 3 times 😂 and was a no show this morning 😂! A lot of running ! 2.79 miles, 300 Merkins, 250 Squats! Awesome job brothers, you all did fantastic! Great way to start the day!
