WARMUP
It was too cold and windy for a warm up. We jumped right into the Thang

3 Ruck/Sandbag Overhead Presses

30 seconds of holding legs 6 inches off ground while holding Ruck/Sandbag Overhead

Rinse and repeat but add three reps each time until we got to 21 (3,6,9,12,15,18,21)

21 step-ups each leg

5 Minutes of Merkins

Returned to the Squats, Curls, Overhead Presses, and 6 inches of Something for four rounds (3,6,9,12)

Sunspot crushed it today with a 60 pound sandbag! Eagle was still alseep during the workout and forgot how to count by threes a couple of times. He went home, slept, and only remembers the workout as a bad dream.
