It was Eagle and Granola’s first time posting for the Tuesday Beatdown and it was a great turnout!

 

WARMUP

It was too cold and windy for a warm up. We jumped right into the Thang

 

The THANG

  • 3 Ruck/Sandbag Squats

  • 3 Ruck/Snadbag Curls

  • 3 Ruck/Sandbag Overhead Presses

  • 30 seconds of holding legs 6 inches off ground while holding Ruck/Sandbag Overhead

  • Rinse and repeat but add three reps each time until we got to 21 (3,6,9,12,15,18,21)

  • 21 step-ups each leg

  • 5 Minutes of Merkins

  • Returned to the Squats, Curls, Overhead Presses, and 6 inches of Something for four rounds (3,6,9,12)

Sunspot crushed it today with a 60 pound sandbag! Eagle was still alseep during the workout and forgot how to count by threes a couple of times. He went home, slept, and only remembers the workout as a bad dream.
