#Rapho run / ruck : Time keeps on ticking

6 Pax, 3 Ruckers/ 3 runners, did some intervals around the park and rucked around the neighborhood before the snow hit. Runners did a 4 mile interval run around the park, and the Ruckers did 3 miles around the neighborhood !! It was great to have Turnpike join us on a Thursday again. Thanks for pushing me today boys! Great to have Decimus join us again as well! Nice work today brothers 💪!!
