The Thing:

• relays. Split into 3 teams of 4
• 4x400m relay. Each PAX does 20 no cheat merkins during every other team member’s run. First team to finish wins
• 4x200m relay. Each PAX does 15 no surrenders during every other team member’s run
• 4x200m relay. Each PAX does 21 total burpees during the race
• 4x100m relay
• Mary: Jim Braddocks IC, partner up for leg throwdowns

Too bad we just missed the recent US Track Olympic Trials. Thankful to have Ketchup visiting with his son FNG Copperhead, and having FNG Onion join us. Prayers for Onion’s M, Bunyan’s M, Eagle’s M, Double Mint’s daughter, Double Down’s shoulder.
