The Thang

Round 1: 5 Burpees earn a PAX 2 clean and press throws of the small SB. As a team, we threw the SB across the field and back to the start.

Round 2: Each PAX shoulder carries the big SB across the field and back as the other PAX do SSHs until everyone gets their turn.

Round 3: Each PAX fireman carries the big SB across the field and back as the other PAX do Imperial Walkers until everyone gets their turn.

Round 4: 5 hand release merkins earn a PAX 4 bear crawl drags of the small SB. As a team, we pulled the small SB across the field and back.

Round 5: 5 WWIIs earn a PAX 4 crawl bear drags of the big SB. As a team, we pulled the large SB across the field and back. Around mid-field, Big Blue decided he wanted to use the small SB too, so he ran and got it; we alternated pulling both the rest of the way and then back to the start.

Round 6: Big Blue's idea was so much fun, that we repeated round 4 with both bags, alternating between pulling the small and big SB.

Round 7: Repeat of round 5, with both bags the whole way this time.

We had 5 minutes left, so we introduced Radio to The Motivator.

COT

Prayers for Tinker's dog, Eagle and Bunyan's Ms, and Fridge.

It is hard to believe that it has only been a year since I started showing up in the gloom. The fellowship and brotherhood makes it feel like I've known many of you for much longer. Words can not express how grateful I am for this group of HIM.
