R – reverse lunge w/ block x31ic

R – rows x31ic
E – elevate legs (leg lever) w/ block pressed x31ic
A – arm curls x31ic
T – the hightower : this is a circuit in dedication to a PAX who passed away. 5 exercises – 9 reps – sirry messed the whole 31 theme but this was a strong way to end.

Great to see Boomerang back home. Prayers for continued guidance being back and home!! It's great to see the extra grit at the 0430 WOs. We all know they are a step up, and you all dig deep to get the work in. This definitely sounded better on paper, but at the end of the day, we all got better because of it. Keep grinding to be #BetterThanYouWereYesterday
